In brief: LAD stenosis

Well, you can start by seeing a cardiologist.
Although if you have no symptoms I doubt any intervention like balloon or stent placement would be done except controlling your Blood Sugar, Cholesterol and Blood Pressure and taking a baby dose of Aspirin. If you are having Chest pain, dyspnea on exertion, fatigue with activity then a cardiologist might open up the obstruction and place a stent.

In brief: Coronary disease

This problem should be followed by a cardiologist who will be best qualified to advise and treat you.
This artery supplies a large area of the left ventricle and damage must be avoided. The choices include angioplasty and/ or aggressive medical therapy. Let the cardiologist advise you as he/she knows all your pertinent information.
