Do you have any suggestions for eating right during travel?

Plan ahead. It is so difficult to eat a balanced diet while traveling. Planning ahead helps a lot. Simple things such as carrying a water bottle, bringing sturdy fruits and veggies such as apples and carrot sticks help to round out the quick meals on the road.
Avoid greasy foods.. Eat lightly and avoid greasy foods. Try to eat your usual diet if you can and drink water to decrease the risk of dehydration.
