Are you suppose to get your period on micronor (norethindrone)?

No. It is a type of birth control pill, and you should not be getting your period while on this pill. It actually is a Progesterone only pill and inhibits the lining from forming so there really should not be a lot of lining to shed anyway. All bodies tolerate each medication differently however.

Nursing for full year, no period, on micronor (norethindrone). Once stopped nursing, switched to loseasonique and have had steady menstruation for two months. Normal?

Common. Breakthrough bleeding and annoying spotting is more common on LoSeasonique because you are not having a regular period every month as you would on a regular type of pill. LoSeasonique is a low dose pill making breakthough bleeding even more common. You might consider switching to a pill that gives you a regular period or try regular Seasonique. Best wishes!
