In brief: No

Fish oil is the most studied source of omega 3 fatty acids.
Great stuff!, but not a treatment for anemia. Talk to your doctor.

In brief: Not proven

It's possibly good for blood, indirectly, but nothing's proven.

Anemia is due to Iron deficiency or blood loss. Fish, fish oil or Omega 3 do not help anemia. You need sources of iron after finding the cause of your anemia.
