How does mestinon (pyridostigmine) affect speed of digestion or stomach emptying?

Moves things quicker. Because of how it works (enhances acetylcholine effect on gut) it can causes nausea/vomitting, increases peristalsis (moves bowel/gut/stomache quicker), salivation, urination frequency, as well as causing slow of heart rate and low blood pressure etc...Its only medical uses are for myasthenia gravis and as an antidote for some anesthetic agent.
