What should be noted is that very few people eating a normal diet are vitamin deficient. If you are, you either need to change what you are eating, be investigated for a malabsorption syndrome, or both. Dr. Royal is very accurate in his recommendations, since you seldom know what is contained in OTC products not cleared by the FDA
