In brief: NO but...

For those with mild egg allergy the flu vaccine can be given.
For those with more severe egg allergy the flu vaccine can be given but in a different way. Egg allergy should not be a reason to not receive the flu vaccine.

In brief: No

Flu vaccine is produced in eggs.
The last flu pandemics have taught us that the amount of egg protein in flu vaccines is negligible for most egg allergy patients; however desensitization or dose challenge is recommended for those with severe reactions as a precuationary measure.
