My UTI infection from a Foley catheter was successfully treated with antibiotics. Urination now feels different though not painful. Is this ok?

In brief: Probably

But this is best answered by your treating doctor who has more info and the ability to assess you in person.
Removal of a Foley catheter may leave swelling of tissues and other inflammatory changes which will take time to fully resolve. Be patient. If you get worse, call your doctor.
