What dose high blood count and high blood platelet. Mean?

More info needed. High blood and platelet counts may mean nothing, but need to evaluate based on examination, white blood cell count and how high red cell count and platelet counts are. Iron deficiency can increase platelets as can inflammation; high altitude and smoking can raise the red count---a good history and physical are needed. Good luck.
