What type of toothpaste is ideal for all types of problems with teeth?

There's not just one. Almost all of the toothpastes on the market are as good as another. Technique used for brushing is more important. In fact, in my opinion, one could concoct a toothpaste, as effective or better than all of them--and a lot less expensive. ( i believe this is true for many of the prescription drugs we use). Dilute peroxide and baking soda are two ingredients to a good toothpaste. I'm not a dentist.
Any 3 times a day. Any ada approved Fluoride toothpaste that you will use 3 times a day would be wonderful.
