In brief: Many options

Depending on what skeletal and genetic features make each face look "flat", will help to determine the necessary surgical intervention.
Options ranging from cosmetic implants to skeletal repositioning surgery can be utilized to correct a "flat face". Consult a local oral and maxillofacial surgeon or plastic surgeon in your area.

In brief: Avoid implants!!!

Be very careful. Facial implants are very easy but should almost never be placed.
They rarely look natural and almost always cause problems. If the airway is compromised(sleep apnea etc) or if there is very poor occlusion( teeth do not fit together) then skeletal repositioning, if not i perform what i call "aesthetic facial balancing" with either your own fat or a ha filler. No implants!
