Pain all over body, numbness and weakness headaches face pain sore throat hand numbness?

See primary care. Headache and face pain arise from sets of nerves that are different from the nerves that give body pain and numbness of hands. Before seeing a neurologist, I would see a primary care physician especially if this turns out to be fibromyalgia (widespread body pain, non-restful sleep, daytime fatigue).
