Hello doc my son is two years old and he has a rash looking is like blisters and his skin is like piling a little this is getting worse can it be herp?

Blisters. There are many skin conditions that can cause blisters: medications, allergic skin reactions, herpes, genetic blistering diseases, severe contact dermatitis and others. Take your child to a pediatric dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment.
Need more info. Hi, I would need a location, duration, associated symptoms, history of potential or true contact, etc. In general clustered blister like rash around the mouth, is suggestive of herpes simplex type 1. Bullous impetigo-bacterial skin infection can mimic this too.
