C7 cervical nerve root innervates the muscles/skins of the back of your arm--triceps, back of forearms, and 2nd&3rd fingers regions etc.
..So, if you have issues with the chest wall/muscles there, the thoracic nerves t1 through t5 are likely culprits. Consult your doc...Good luck.

You may have suffer in the past an injury to the pectoralis major tendon insertion into the humerus or less likely injury to the pectoralis nerves the medial and lateral nerves or to the infraclavicular portion of the lateral cord of the bracial plexus.Emg test(electromyogram) should clarify the diagnosis.Pi.
