Male sterilization involves dividing & closing off the two vasa deferentia.
The prostate gland, seminal vesicles and cowper's gland all continue to produce seminal fluids. Volume of ejaculate remains virtually unaltered. Only difference being that semen no longer contains any sperm. Thus inability to ejaculate after a vasectomy is a myth.
