My 4 year old has a rash under his nose and cheeks. I think it's from wiping his nose. Should I go to the dr. Or will it clear up on its own?

In brief: Maybe

A rash in that area is most likely just irritation, but irritation can develop a secondary infection.
If the rash is "fresh", clean area and apply non- scented or non perfumed hand lotion. Rash should resolve in less than a day, if persistant, see a doctor.
