Hi lets say im laying on my bed my BPM is around 70-85 BPM and then when I get up move a bit its around 90-100 thats normal, and walking 100-120?

Kinda fast, relax! Those numbers are a little fast, but relax! your heart rate is really not abnormal. There is a wide range of resting heart rates, and with exertion that number increases. Don't be alarmed if with more strenuous exertion, it goes up to the 150s or more. Instead, try to get regular physical activity!
