Baby is insulated against some of your daily activities by their suspension in a fluid filled sac.
Baby forms all their basic parts by 12 wks & takes the rest of pregnancy for the finish work. Your occasional collision with the outside world is unlikely to effect baby in a negative way. Car crashes, falls from significant height, etc would be an issue, but not what u describe.
