I take Baclofen orally to treat spasticity at 60mg. Now I build up tolerance. I decided to stop taking it for a week and continue take it. Is it work?

Baclofen. Baclofen, a GABA agonist, is often prescribed for chronic muscle pain disorders that have been refractory to other medications. Baclofen should be slowly titrated to a range of 30-80 mg/day and should never be abruptly discontinued. Side effects may include nausea, confusion, drowsiness and weakness, especially in older patients. Do not self-medicate, always ask your physician first.
