In brief: No.
Three tablets a week is way too low a dosage to cause hair loss.
The people who lose hair from mtx are taking massive doses, usually for cancer, often combined with other drugs that can also cause hair loss at high doses. Don't worry; even if your rheumatologist doubles, triples, or quadruples your dosage, you will not be at risk for hair loss.

In brief: MTX and Sjogren's
There are no good studies on the use of mtx in sjogren's only anecdotal.
Everyone should be on hydroxychloroqine in my opnion. Mtx helps with muscle inflammation that can accompany sjogren's, but most rheumatologists do not use mtx. I use higher doses in other conditions. I have not seen significant hair loss on your dose, but it could occur.
