I sometimes get a random pain behind my left eye. When I like rub it or itch it whenever it hurts, it makes kind of a squishing sound. Any ideas?

In brief: There should be no

squishing sound? I'd have your eye doctor examine you on this and see what you mean.
Our eyeballs are resting on orbital fat, muscles, and periosteum for protection, and usually there's no sound attached to any light touch or compression. So, make sure you have your eyes measured, using an ophthalmometer, and arrive at a diagnosis together.
