Most commonly, the biggest problem is what are call eprs (extrapyramical resactions). Anticholinergics are highly beneficial, and a commonly used one is benztropine (cogentin). Agitation also sometimes occurs as a side-effect, and a benzodizaapine such as Lorazepam (ativan) can help with that.
