Slightly different ingredients than baclofen - that does not have the nasty depression side effect?

In brief: Altermative Baclofen

Other meds which affect GABA in the brain and spinal cord can help with muscle tension and spasm, such as gabapentin, which also pays a variable dividend in pain relief sometimes.
A humble otc antihistamine, phenyltoloxamine citrate, used to completely relieve my spasm. U cd get it in an older formulation of percogesic, but sadly it's now Benadryl (diphenhydramine) as anti-hist agent now, which can help, too. Spasm.
