Ophthalmology

In brief: Dry eyes

I am guessing your ophthalmolgist said you have some degree of eye dryness.
Lacrilube (artificial tears) is a topical ointment useful to apply at night only just before sleep to help keep the eye protected during sleep. If ineffective for you, then you might have to supplement during the day with a topical drop labeled lubricating or tear replacement. Don't use the ones labeled "gets the red out".
