In brief: Go to see an Urology

You need to go to see an Urology.
May be you must undergo a cuttlefish for better diagnosis and treatment. A condition to be rule out is Interstitial cystitis with showing normal urine test.

In brief: Could have

Interstitial cystitis or just constipation.
. You need a frank talk with your doc about both. Constipation is defined by quality not frequency. I treat for the other on trial before referring out for tests to see if it helps. Good luck

In brief: Urologist

I recommend that you consult a urologist as bladder dysfunction with incomplete emptying is suspected.
The appropriate tests will be ordered.
