Sinus infection from tooth infection doesn't go away with penicillin is tooth treatment needed before sinus and throat are healed?

In brief: Treat the tooth

Always treat the source of the pain (tooth in your case) and not the site of the pain (sinus in your case).
Good luck.

Antibiotics will not make dental infections go away permanently. The infected tooth must be treated to affect a sinus cure.

In brief: Perhaps

See your Dentist or a specialist Endodontist to have your teeth evaluated for abscess.
If tooth/teeth infected it/they should be treated coincidentally with your sinus/throat treatment.
