Low back left side pain. Took meds for muscle damage like calcium and vitamins but gtng worse. Restlessness felt under d last rib on left side.

Sounds like muscle. Pull. Calcium might be good for you if you don't get 5 dairy a day but neither will help your muscle! Try gentle stretching, 4 ibuprofen 3 times a day with food, ice or heat 15 min twice a day whichever is best for you. If not getting better get an eval as you might need physical therapy.
