In brief: Some but why not Abc

Some UTIs resolve without antibiotics, but can take a long time & always with danger of infection spreading to kidneys, which is potentially dangerous.
Most people survived UTIs before antibiotic age but some sustained severe kidney damage & some died. My advice is have urine cultured & take appropriately prescribed antibiotic. Cranberry does not cure UTIs, only reduces risk of recurrent UTIs

In brief: Probably not

if you have a history of previous UTI requiring antibiotics then you will likely need to be treated.
Although most UTIs are simple infections and occur in the bladder, if untreated, it may spread to the kidneys (pyelonephritis) and is a medical emergency.
