No. Assuming the diagnosis of cervicogenic headaches (CGH) is accurate then, the best treatment approaches are generally multifaceted and surgery typically is the final added element of any treatment plan. Have you otherwise tried a combination of medication, physical therapy, other non-drug interventions, and neck blocks? If not, then, I recommend you try those first before doing surgery.
