Depends on symptoms. If severe symptoms a biopsy is always the gold standard for diagnosis.if mild may just want to do the gluten free diet.
Probably not. It is unusual to have a negative IgA tTG with celiac disease. If you have severe gastrointestinal symptoms related to the intestines, then a scope and /or biopsy is not unreasonable to check for conditions other than celiac disease.
