Hello I have been having severe lower back pain that shots up to my abdomen. It's so bad that I can sit, stand, walk , bend even lay down without pain?

In brief: See a doctor

With pain that severe you need to be evaluated.
It's possible that it's a kidney stone, your appendix or a problem with the disc in your spine.

In brief: You need an eval

That will determine treatment For now take 4 ibuprofen 3 times a day and do gentle stretches.
Physical therapy is probably the next step.also try ice or heat whichever feels the best and be sure to sleep with bent knees and a roll under and between them
