In brief: Diabetes?

Whenever my patients have recurrent yeast infections anywhere I worry they may have diabetes that's not diagnosed or diabetes that's not under control.
Please get checked

In brief: Maybe 2 problems

Sounds like 2 separate but maybe related issues.
your description of "cysts" sound more like abscesses. They should always be treated (drained) promptly. Yeast infection, especially under the breast are simple moisture problems. Keep it dry. Gauze dressing for drainage, powder for perspiration. when that fails, treat when you need to.

In brief: Powder

Try an anti-fungal powder under the breasts to try and prevent recurrent fungal infections.
It's also important to keep the area dry and avoid skin on skin if possible (use cotton or wicking fabric between breast and chest wall)
