There are a huge number of diet programs.
Most emphasize high quality foods like vegetables. Any diet that actually reduces your caloric intake to less than you burn in a day will work. It's not the diets that are in question, it's our ability to follow them long enough to get results. Weight watchers has a nice online program that my patients like, but do any diet that you feel good on and can do.
