In brief: Facial exercises..

Facial or bell's palsy is unfortunately quite common.
Though most reverse entirely in several weeks, a significant number of cases leave some residual weakness (droopy eyelid, side of mouth, drool). I believe facial exercises, physical therapy may help. Cause probably viral inflamation (possibly herpes simplex). Must differentiate from stroke. Don't presume, see doc.
