In brief: Vertigo

Vertigo is often caused by an inner er dysfunction.
Best bet would be to try an antihistamine like Meclizine (Anti-vert) and see an ENT dr. for an official eval as there are also numerous other causes that are possible. best wishes.

In brief: See Doc if ongoing

Causes include inner ear infection (usually viral, goes away on its own), benign positional vertigo (BPV) (treatable with "Epley maneuver" that doctor can demonstrate and do) and, rarely, more serious conditions.
See your doctor if you have hearing loss, ringing in your ears. Symptoms can be treated with a medication called meclizine. BPV can recur in some people.
