In brief: All of them do some
Even though all sleeping pills may cause hangover to a certain extend, rozerem (ramelteon) is of a new class (melatonin-receptor-agonists) and has minimal hangover effect in most individuals.
It is also the mildest of the usual prescription sleep aids. The most important precaution is to take the sleeping pill well ahead of wake up time (a bare minimum of 8 hours, the more the better).
