When i walk i tend to bend backwards and i feel the muscles in my back so tight that it hurts me really bad. What could be the cause of that?

This may be due to a muscle strain, poor posture, lack of exercise.
I recommend bending forward and stretching 3-4times a day. Use moist heat or ice on the back as needed. If no improvement in a couple of weeks, see your doctor. Good luck!
