My 20 month old girl has had a wet cough & runny nose for a week. I know it just needs to run its course, but what can I give or do for her?

In brief: Is it bothering her?

It is difficult for parents to see their children sick.
.It is actually a sign that you love your children. If it is not bothersome to her, you may not need to do anything. If bothersome--as most cough in babies/children are from postnasal drip. Some claritin/zyrtec syrup etc..Can help dry out the mucus/drip and stop/reduces the coughing etc..If not helpful or worsen, consult doc..Good luck.
