Weight loss. The amount of weight loss described above would have to be done surgically to be successful in so short a time frame. To attempt to lose that much with calorie reduction and energy expenditure increase would certainly be unsafe and probably physiologically impossible. .
Losing weight . Don't know about possible. But definitely not a good idea to even try to lose weight so fast. Get a good nutritionist who can guide you through how to safely lose and not to regain it. .
