In brief: Depends

On size and location of stone, and other factors.
Talk to your urologist. No space to go into all details here.

In brief: Kidney stones

Less than 5mm stones usually spontaneously come out.
10 mm needs extraction. Your stone probably between 5-10mm.Might try Tamsulosin 0.4 once daily with lots of Water. If you still don't excrete it go see urologist. Long term stone can get infected causing further Complications. 11mm will unlikely get out on its own. Must go see Urologist soon.
