I am drinking 1 whole lemon juice with cold water for couple of weeks. Should I continue it warm water or cold water has same nutrients value?

Ayurveda. This comes from ayurvedic tradition and ideally involves warm water. The warm water stimulate the gastrointestinal tract motility(motion/contractions). The lemons contain healthy minerals and vitamins and help rid the digestive tract of toxins. While there is limited data about this rituals effectiveness it's unlikely to harm you. Best of luck. .
