In brief: Imaging?

Have you had any imaging-back xray MRI to see if there is any inflammation of any of the nerves that come out of the back,or if any disks are bulging against the spinal cord or nerves coming from the back and down the legs or from the neck down the arms?Maybe a neurologist would perform an EMG on the muscles in your right arm, feet and legs.
Falling down is definitely not normal and concerning

In brief: Nerve impingement

Sounds like you have nerve impingement syndrome.
Keep getting evaluated and assure you had proper testing including a possible MRI of back area and EMG of your extremities in question. Good luck.
