What are possible causes of sensation of incomplete evacuation of bowls? I'm worried I have colon cancer.

Surgery - Oncology

In brief: Incomplete function

When one has a bowel movement they assume all fecal material in the rectum has passed.
That is true. The bowel however has a storage area where fecal material accumulates before it passes to the rectum Just like the GB is a reservoir for bile the transverse colon may be loaded as the storage age and at the time of a BM has not completely emptied. Might need more time to empty bowel. Not Ca.
