In brief: Risk vs benefit

Biclora seems to be only available in combination with products that are pregnancy category C- meaning that there have been animal studies that show adverse effects on the fetus when taking these drugs but there are no adequate human studies to determine effect on human fetuses.
It should only be used if ABSOLUTELY necessary, when the benefit much outweighs the risk.
