What does a frozen embryo transfer entail? How much time off will I need to take from work? Are they less likely to implant?

Depends on freeze & the doctor's/center's protocols. Vitrified embryos have a success rate equal to fresh in most of todays' programs; embryos frozen in the older 'slow freeze' method are roughly 1/2 as likely to result in pregnancy vs. fresh. Time-off-work is less than with a fresh IVF cycle but can vary a lot form center to center.
