What is the best exercise/exercise machine i can use to burn the most weight efficiently? i want to lose 15-20 lbs in 2-3 months if thats realistic.

Find something that you enjoy, or at least can tolerate, and do it regularly as part of a diet and exercise program. Start slow and gradually increase. Goal weight loss should be 2-3lbs per week, so your weight loss goals are reasonable. Good luck
