I feed my daughter enfamil with iron. Is that all she needs?

Pediatrics

In brief: Yes up to 4-6 mo

Babies should be fed only breast milk or infant formula up to age 4-6 months.
They do not require water or any foods, teas, or other supplements until then (except for vitamin d for babies on primarily breast milk.) 4-6 months is the right time to start introducing complementary foods. Until then, the enfamil with iron is complete nutrition for her.
