In brief: Prevention

Once you have a cavity, it must be removed as it has depth that can only be remedied by complete removal.
That said, the BEST thing you can do, is stop them from occurring in the first place. Proper brushing and regular flossing is the best (and cheapest) strategy to have short, fun, and inexpensive dental visits!

There are no natural cures for tooth decay.
Natural cures are excellent for prevention. Healthy diet, low acid levels, removing plaque and a healthy lifestyle will prevent cavities

I agree with Dr Eleczko. The longer you wait to have them repaired, the worse they will get. The key to prevention: brush, FLOSS, healthy diet.

It depends on how deep the cavity is.
If the cavity is all in enamel, you can halt the progression and even reverse it with Fluoride treatments and remineralizing techniques at your dentist office. If the cavity is into the dentin, then there is no way to reverse it and you will need a filling. Have a blessed day!!

In brief: No...

There are only natural preventive measures for caries avoidance but no natural cures.
Floss and brush daily, limit sweets that are sticky/tacky/chewy, and drink lots of plain water. You can decrease cavity formation by eating less processed foods. Fluoridated toothpaste has been proven to decrease cavity formation.

Xylitol is the best natural cure to prevent cavities.
It is a 5 carbon sugar that can not be modified by the bacteria, so it does not metabolize it. The bacteria love it, but it kills them since they starve. There are some calcium products, like MI paste that can reverse incipient decay. MI is minimally invasive, and can be found here: http://www.mi-paste.com/

Please understand that these procedures are effective in incipient (extremely early) caries modification only. Once decay becomes established the only recourse is for a Dentist to remove the infected tooth material.

In brief: No natural cures

once a cavity or dental decay has developed especially into the dentin layer of the tooth, it has to be removed.
There are no natural ways to cure a cavity.
