How common are pyogenic granuloma's are of the inner eye lid? & can they form after a chalazion or stye? What do I do about them? Do they always bleed

Pyogenic granulomas. Pyogenic granulomas can occur after a chalazion and are not uncommon. Most need to be excised with a short, minor surgical procedure. Rarely will frequent hot compresses or steroid injections help if it has been present for a long time.
