All medications carry two different names, there is the generic name which is the name of the actual drug (naproxen in this case) and the trade name from the company who sells it (anaprox in this case).
Naproxen is sold under several other trade names but they are all essentially the same medication. Many times if you can find generic Naproxen at wal-mart you can save a dollar or two!
